Hon. Rockson-Nelson Etse Kwami Dafeamekpor (MP) Supports 35 Needy And Brilliant Students

On Tuesday March 3 2026 at the Office of the District Chief Executive, Kpeve Hon. Courage Kokroko presented cheques to 35 needy and brilliant students on behalf of the Majority Chief Whip Hon. Rockson-Nelson Etse Kwami Dafeamekpor . The donation, made through the MP’s Common Fund.

The gesture, according to Hon. Kokroko was aimed at strategically being used to prioritize education and creating job opportunity, adding , “through the MPs Common Fund, we are not just providing financial aid; we are sowing seeds for a more prosperous Ghana. And is my hope that this support will help you to return as skilled professionals to drive development in the district “.

He also made mention of several projects lunched by the Hon. Defeamekpor since 2024 general elections including distribution of 1200 dual desk to schools in the district, Todome CHIPS compound, 12 unit classroom block at Dzemeni and Kpeve, roads construction from Todome to Dzemeni and many others

He therefore urged parents, teachers and community leaders to continue working together to nurture young talents and ensure that education remains a tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and promoting development in South Dayi District.
