H.E DR. KWAME AMPOFO PAID A COURTESY CALL ON DEIGA XII

This morning, the newly appointed Ambassador to Hungary, H.E. Dr. Kwame Ampofo, paid a courtesy call on Deiga XII, Paramount Chief of Peki Traditional Area.

 

He was accompanied by the DCE of South Dayi, Hon. Kokroko, the constituency chairman, family members, and members of the NDC from South Dayi.

 

In his remarks, Deiga XII expressed gratitude to the government for the appointments given to sons and daughters of South Dayi. He entreats the youths and everyone to always wish the best for each other, and not pray for the downfall of those elevated. In conclusion, he wished H.E. Dr. Ampofo the very best in his new role.

In his address, H.E. Dr. Ampofo acknowledged the value of a “good name” and emphasized his commitment to the development of South Dayi and Peki. He assured that he will seize opportunities in his new office to bring meaningful development to the district and leave behind lasting legacies.
