TRAINING ON GRA PROPERTY RATE (PR) – SDDA

As part of Government efforts to improve revenue, the Government of Ghana through Ghana Revenue Authority has organised a training session for staff, client,support office of SDDA on the 10th August  2023 at the District Assembly Hall,Kpeve on how to handle the electronic means of collecting Property Rate (PR) from Property owners (payers).

Speaking at the training, the facilitator Mr. Edem Amanie took the participants through the registration of property, Printing of PR bills and paying of PR .
To register your PR one needs to enter to;
1. Log into www.portal.myassembly.gov.gh portal 
2. Click on the individual tap
3. Click on New on our platform ?(Create Account)
4. Enter your Personal Details (First Name,Last Name, Ghana Card, ID Number, Phone number,Alias,Email)
5 Click in the check box to agree to the terms and conditions.
6. Click I. submit ( To register)

He, therefore, charged all participants to be deligent and professional in carrying out their mandate.

Mr. Samuel Anikpi the Principal Revenue Supretendent (SDDA)  entreated all house hold to receive the collectors when the visit them in their household to register and assist them in paying their bills through the electronic platform (MOMO).


According to him the PR new regime would ensure 70% of PR collected will be remitted to the Assembly whiles the 30% will be shared among GRA, Finance Ministry and the service provider.

The PR registration which will commence on Friday 11th August 2023 in all the electoral areas in the district .
