2024 Performance Contract Monitoring and Verification Exercise

The South Dayi District Assembly  (SDDA), on Wednesday, 30th April, 2024, received a team from the Volta Regional Coordinating Council (VRCC) Office led by Mr. Seth Kpodzi , Daniel Komla Bloga Human Resource Officer, Mr. Atsu Kwame Agbeyevu and Miss Kafui.

The District Coordinating Director (DCD) Mr John Kennedy Cobbah welcomed the team on behalf of the District Chief Executive Hon. Courage Kwame Kokoroko.

Among the checklists of the Key Point Indicators of the Performance contract assessed which were the Annual Action Plan, Progress Report, record management, official website publications, client service, Performance Appraisals and the sanitation of the facility. With the maximum cooperation of the staff of the SDDA, the exercise was smooth and successfully concluded.

The assessment is an ongoing exercise being carried out across the region   in all the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs).

The main purpose of the exercise was to find out if all the indicators signed in the performance contract were being followed and subsequently ranked to determine the best performing MMDAs.

Mr. Seth Kpodzi in his concluding remarks mentioned that, general performance  was good but added that, SDDA could still do better.
