2ND QUARTER DISTRICT PLANNING COORDINATING UNIT MEETING

In fulfilment of Act 936 Section 85 (a) and (b) of Local Government Act 2016, the Development Planning Sub-Committee organized their 2nd DPCU meeting on Thursday 22nd May, 2025 held at the District Conference Hall to discuss matter concerning the Assembly and the Sub-Committee.
The meeting witnessed the presence of the District Chief Executive, District Coordinating Director,Department and Unit heads , Chairman of DPCU and staff from NDPC- UNICEF Ghana
The following agenda was discussed during the meeting;
1. NDPC-UNICEF Ghana Engagement Session – Interaction with HoDs as part of the national MTDP Evaluation and Data Collection
2. Stakeholder Engagement on Water Challenges in the Dzemeni Area, presentations and open discussion
3. Capacity Building Session – Standardized Reporting Format for Quarterly and Annual Progress Reports (APR) in line with NDPC Guidelines.
4. Presentation and Discussion – Feedback from NDPC on the 2024 Annual Progress Report
The meeting ended successfully with all presentations made and questions answered.
