3RD QUARTER DISTRICT PLANNING COORDINATING UNIT MEETING

In fulfilment of Act 936 Section 85 (a) and (b) of Local Government Act 2016, the South Dayi District Assembly has organized their 3rd District Planning Coordinating Unit (DPCU) Sub-Committee meeting on Wednesday 6^th  October, 2023 held at the District Assembly Hall to discuss issues concerning the district.

The meeting witnessed the present of all Heads of Department and Unit heads in the District Assembly.

The following agenda was discussed during the meeting;

Reading and correction of previous minutes

Matters arising from previous minutes and discussion. 

Presentation and Review of 2024 Department Action Plan.

Preparation and discussion of 2024 Composite Annual Action Plan

Other matters


The meeting ended successfully with all presentations made and questions answered.
