ENTITY TENDER COMMITTEE MEETING FOR THE 2ND QUARTER
The South Dayi District Assembly’s District Entity Tender Committee convened at the District Chief Executive’s office on June 20, 2024. The purpose of the meeting was to examine the quarterly annual procurement plan and to debate and approve a new project.
Honourable Godwin Kwame Dadzawa, the committee chairman and District Chief Executive for the district, greeted each member to the meeting and thanked them for taking time out of their hectic schedules to attend.
Members were given an overview of the meeting’s objectives by Miss Mawusi Atsakpo, the committee secretary and district procurement officer.
She then led the members to the previous minute that was approved for consideration by the house.
The day’s schedule was then given by her as follows:
i. Approval of the Evaluation Report for the Peki Avetile Spot Improvement on Bob Marley Road
ii. Annual Procurement Plan Update and Review for the Second Quarter of 2024.
The committee chairman thanked each member for attending the meeting and encouraged everyone to keep an eye on the status of all the current projects in the district, particularly the District Engineer.
