To participate in the PFJ 2.0 programme, farmers or producers must meet specific requirements such as having access to land or a farm, capturing their profile at the district level, providing coordinates for their farm land, being a Ghanaian citizen with a valid Ghana card, farming on priority commodity crops, and being a legally registered company or institution.
The program is based on an input credit system, storage and distribution infrastructure, commodities trading, a digital platform, and line-of-sight management and coordination.
The Agriculture Department in South Dayi District is working around the clock to ensure that all farmers are registered.
