Volta Mourns Our Fallen Heroes

Last night, the Volta Regional Co-ordinating Council under the leadership of Hon. James Gunu joined residents of the Volta Region and beyond at Nfodjoh Park at Ho for a solemn vigil from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., in memory of the victims of the tragic military helicopter crash.

It was an evening of reflection, unity, and prayer as we honoured their selfless service and mourned their untimely loss.

To H.E. John Dramani Mahama, the bereaved families, and the Ghana Armed Forces, we convey our deepest condolences. The Volta Region shares in your grief and stands with you in this painful moment. Our fallen compatriots served Ghana with unwavering dedication and courage, and their legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.
