Field Day Report On Twelve (12) Steps In Maize Production

A field day was organized by Department of Agriculture for maize farmers from Wugbadzi and Kpeve to the ½ acre maize demonstration farm in Kpeve Operational Area located at the backyard of the South Dayi District Assembly office complex.

The program was organized under the planting for food and jobs Government’s flagship program to modernize Agriculture in Ghana.

Farmers were generally impressed by what they had witnessed during the event and promised to put what they learnt into practice for higher productivity.
