INVITATION TO TENDER
MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT (MLGRD)
SOUTH DAYI DISTRICT ASSEMBLY.
1.The South Dayi District Assembly has received its allocation of the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF), and District Development Facility (DDF) and intends to apply part of it to cover eligible payments under the contract for the execution of the under mentioned projects in the South Dayi District.
- The South Dayi District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the procurement of the projects in the following works as per the schedule of requirement listed below;

- Interested and eligible tenderers shall be required to produce the following:
- Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate
- Valid Labour Certificate
iii. Valid Business Registration Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation/Certificate to commence Business)
- Valid Income Tax Certificate
- Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate
- Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Certificate of Classification
- A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible tenderers upon a submission of a written application, at a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢350.00) for each set in a lot at the District Finance Department (Account Office) South Dayi District Assembly, Kpeve. and documents shall be available for collection at the District Works Department after payment. The purchase start on Wednesday 14th October, 2020 between the hours of 9:00am – 4:00 pm each working day.
- Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday 2nd November, 2020 at 11:30am at which time tenders shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend.
- Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the tender opening and must be accompanied by the corresponding, bid security and valid for additional 28 days beyond the validity period
- Tenders shall be marked according to instructions in the Tender Document
